1.Start-up of the new machine tool: (please read the instruction book carefully)
1.2 Take off the red fixing plate on the machine tool.
1.3 Wiring shall comply with the onsite power supply environment according to the requirements of the instructions. The professional personnel shall inspect the voltage, which shall not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage after wiring.
1.4 Oil injection of the machine tool
1.4.2 Inject the No. 150 anti-climbing guide rail oil into the guide rail oil tank (one barrel is attached to the accessory tank of the machine tool which cannot be filled into the spindle).
1.4.3 Inject No. 2 spindle oil into the grinding head
1.4.4 Inject No. 2 spindle oil into the headstock (no injection is necessary for machine tool without internal circle function)
1.5 Cleaning: clean the rust-preventive oil of each part of the machine tool
1.6 Set the belt: set the grinding head inside the accessory tank of the machine tool and the belt of the headstock.
1.7 After power-on, inspect if the rotation direction of the oil pump complies with the arrow direction when the hydraulic oil pump is started for the first time. If the direction is reversed, power off is required at once. Change the wiring sequence of the power cord to make the rotation direction of the motor complies with the arrow direction.
1.8 Direct start-up is not allowed for the motor of the abrasive wheel, inching method shall be adopted. Observe through the viewing window in front of the grinding head until there’s no obvious air bubble coming out. Then the spindle can rotate continuously.
2.Every day:
2.1 Before start-up of the machine tool:
2.1.1 Inject lubricating agent inside the oil receiver and each lubricating point
2.1.2 Inspect if each electric switch is under zero position and if each wiring is correct.
2.1.3 Inspect if each fastening screw and the protective cover become loose; fasten if any
2.1.4 Ensure sufficient cooling liquid of the machine tool
2.2 After start-up of the machine tool:
2.2.1 Inspect if the pressure of the workpiece is normal:
2.2.2 nspect if there’s any oil in the oil window
2.2.3 The guide rail of the machine tool shall be fully lubricated;
2.2.5 Before semi-automatic grinding circulation of the semi-automatic machine tool, it is required to well adjust each button according to related regulations and grinding circulation is allowed after several no-load running and circulation.
2.2.6 Cut off the cooling liquid before stopping the machine tool. Male the abrasive wheel run for a certain time under no-load (about 5 min), than stop the motor of the abrasive wheel.
2.2.7 Clean each part of the machine tool after work to prevent rusting and corrosion.
3. Every week:
3.1 Replace the cooling liquid used by the machine tool. New liquid oil can be injected if the dirt inside the cooling tank is fully cleared.
3.2 Sufficiently clear each part of the machine tool after the work at the weekends. Apply rust-preventive oil or lubricating oil on the process surface and remove the power supply plug of the machine tool.
3.3 Keep each motor clean
4. Every quarter:
4.1 Replace the lubricating oil of the abrasive wheel spindle
4.2 Replace the lubricating oil of the oil tank of headstock (it is only applicable for the headstock of the sliding bearing).
5.1 Replace the hydraulic oil of the oil tank of the machine body. It is forbidden to use cotton fiber for cleaning. The fine cloth or foamed plastic is preferred.
5.2 Clean the radiator of hydraulic system (provide for the high accuracy machine tool)
5.3 Inspect the completeness of each element
6. Every year:
6.1 Remove and clean the roller way bearing of the machine tool and motor. Apply the lubricating grease and re-install it. Replace with a new one if the bearing has been damaged.
6.2 Use new fuse of the same current value to replace the fuse. Never increase or change the current value without permission.
6.3 Inspect and replace each quick-wear part and quick-damaged part,
6.4 When replacing the sintered copper filter inside the grinding head, use after adhesion of the filter by the 402 glue
Note: replace the filter if blockage of the filter is found.
